  52. used with other laser/ink jet printers that support PCL 4 or greater.

  227. LASR_MAN is being distributed as SHAREWARE. The SHAREWARE concept allows users
  228. to examine a program on a trial basis, at no (or minimal) charge, before pur-
  229. chasing it. In addition, by decreasing marketing costs, professional quality
  230. software may be distributed for a fraction of the cost of a comparable commer-
  231. cial product. Regardless of whether you register the program, please help dis-
  232. tribute LASR_MAN by sharing unmodified copies of it and its files with others
  233. on a private non-commercial basis. Liability is limited to replacing the soft-
  234. ware for registered users. There is no liability for any damage or loss caused
  235. by this software, directly or indirectly.

  244. ╒╡ SPECIAL INSTALLATION INFORMATION ╞═════════════════════════════════════════╕
  245. 1.  To install the shareware version normally supplied on diskette, copy the
  246.     self extracting file "LMANvvvA.EXE" (vvv is the version) to either a sepa-
  247.     rate directory - such as "LASR" - or a directory that is referenced in the
  248.     path statement. At the DOS prompt, change to this drive-directory, type
  249.     "LMANvvvA" and press [ENTER].
  250. 2.  To install the shareware version downloaded from a BBS, unpack the file
  251.     "LMANvvvA" (vvv is the version) to either a separate directory - such as
  252.     "LASR" - or a directory that is referenced in the path statement. 
  253. 3.  To install and "BRAND" the registered version, run the supplied program
  254.     "INSTALL".
  255. 4.  To just "BRAND" the registered version without running the INSTALL program,
  256.     press [F4] at the shareware registration reminder screen.
  257. 5.  To run the program, change to the drive-directory on which it is located
  258.     (only if it isn't on a path referenced directory), type "LASR_MAN" and
  259.     press [ENTER]. If display problems are encountered, use "LASR_MAN /MM" for
  260.     mono monitor systems or "LASR_MAN /MC" for CGA.
  261. 6.  As supplied, LASR_MAN includes the basic soft fonts, along with samples of
